Chloe Aelred Bradaugh MacCrimmon

Youngest daughter of Athlstan of Abbemere and the Piper MacCrimmon. Born in the veil behind the hedge, she was the smallest of three. First there was Clarissa Aerwyn, followed by Chelsea Aethrick.

All three bairns had light hair, but as they grew,  it turned dark like their mother's hair. Each lass has blue yes, but Chloe's always turned between green and blue, and sometimes one eye blue and one eye green like her mother. The girls looked more like their mother, Brantee, than her father Athlstan.

Chloe didn't like attention, so she did what her parents told her, normally ended up being the last to follow whatever her sisters were cooking up and was blamed for most of those mishaps. This earned her the nickname clumsy Chloe, because she was always caught.

At the age of 10, she started to go by Addie. It was different from her sisters, who were closer to each than to her. She'd always felt like she lived on the outside of what they shared.

Clarissa and Chelsea learned swords and magic from their father with ease, and excelled. Addie not so. She was trained, but again failed at most things she tried. Her mother spent time showing her how to garden, sing and cook (which she excelled at). She was the only one interested in the pipes and learned to keep her mother's legacy alive.

What she didn't know is exactly why. Now she's left the ruins of Abbemere in search of her mother and even her father, who is rumored to be dead. Who knows what will find her or what she will find.
